Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Program at NIC Kerala

The Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Program is a significant initiative launched by the Government of India under its broader vision to improve governance, enhance service delivery and promote leadership in public administration. As part of this national mission, NIC Kerala conducted the program for the officials of NIC Kerala and NIC Lakshadweep to align them with the government’s goals of efficient public service and ethical governance.

The program aimed to instill a sense of duty, responsibility and professionalism among government officials equipping them with the skills necessary to drive change in their respective areas. The training provided comprehensive coverage of the Rashtriya Karmayogi principles, fostering a culture of excellence in public service.

Shri. Remesh Babu T, Scientist-E/Director(IT) and Smt. Shahina Beegum K K, Scientist-D/Joint Director(IT) were the master trainers led the training program ensuring the program was informative, engaging and directly aligned with the goals set out by the Government of India. The trainers engaged participants in problem solving activities aimed at finding actionable solutions to these challenges.
